No. A demonstration, sample test or visit to Leeds is not part of buying a machine. Tell us the work and we will name the right machine, quote it in writing and deliver it with hands-on operational training at handover. Demonstrations are reserved for large industrial and infrastructure applications where the specification genuinely warrants one.
The deposit reserves your build slot and comes off the final price. It is fully refundable until you approve the written quotation and invoice, so there is nothing to lose by paying it now if you already know you are buying. If you would rather see the numbers first, ask for the written quote instead; both routes reach the same person.
The price covers the FLT-P pulsed fibre laser unit in a mobile, van-ready configuration, hands-on operational training delivered with the machine, safety and technical documentation, PPE including wavelength-specified eye protection and laser safety signage, and UK technical support. VAT, international freight, import charges, customs clearance and UK mainland delivery are quoted for your postcode and shown on the quotation before you commit.

Business finance is available to UK businesses through an FCA-regulated credit broker, subject to status: a limited company can be funded on any machine in the range, a sole trader only where the amount borrowed exceeds £25,000.
