Information you provide directly

• Contact forms: name, email address, phone number, and the message you send us
• Enquiry type: whether you are interested in a machine purchase, machine hire, finance or Business Launch
• Buying and qualification questions: the answers you give in our buy form and machine finder (for example the work you intend to do, your business type, how you would fund a purchase and your timeframe), your company name and delivery postcode
• Orders: if you pay a reservation deposit, your name, email, phone, billing address and the machine and configuration reserved. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout and never reach our servers

Partly completed buy forms

If you enter your contact details in our buy form and then leave the page before choosing to pay a deposit or request a quote, the details and answers entered so far are sent to us once, so that we can follow up your enquiry. Nothing is sent before you have entered your contact details.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, form steps reached, browser type and device type, counted in aggregate by Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies
• IP address: collected automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and performance purposes

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, financial, or biometric information).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiries about machine purchases, machine hire, finance and Business Launch
• Prioritise enquiries: answers given in the machine finder are scored automatically to suggest a machine and to help us decide which enquiries to answer first. This does not decide whether you can buy, and you can ask a person to review it at any time
• Process reservation deposits and manage orders
• Send you information you have requested about our products and services
• Improve our website and marketing based on anonymised usage statistics
• Comply with our legal obligations

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Vercel, our website hosting provider, which also counts anonymous page views.
• Neon, the database that stores enquiries, customer and order records for our team.
• Stripe, processes reservation deposits under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Finance Market Watch Ltd (an Appointed Representative of Swoop Finance Limited), receives the details you enter in a finance enquiry so that it can contact you about business finance. We only pass details on when you submit that form.
• Google, fonts and the embedded map on some pages are loaded from Google's servers, which may collect your IP address under Google's privacy policy.

We require all third-party processors to handle your data in accordance with UK GDPR. Some of these providers are based outside the UK; where personal data is transferred, it is protected by the safeguards UK GDPR requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.
