Questions buyers ask
Do I need to see the machine working before I buy?
No. A demonstration, sample test or visit to Leeds is not part of buying a machine. Tell us the work and we will name the right machine, quote it in writing and deliver it with hands-on operational training at handover. Demonstrations are reserved for large industrial and infrastructure applications where the specification genuinely warrants one.
What does the deposit do?
The deposit reserves your build slot and comes off the final price. It is fully refundable until you approve the written quotation and invoice, so there is nothing to lose by paying it now if you already know you are buying. If you would rather see the numbers first, ask for the written quote instead; both routes reach the same person.
What is in the price and what is not?
The price covers the FLT-P pulsed fibre laser unit in a mobile, van-ready configuration, hands-on operational training delivered with the machine, safety and technical documentation, PPE including wavelength-specified eye protection and laser safety signage, and UK technical support. VAT, international freight, import charges, customs clearance and UK mainland delivery are quoted for your postcode and shown on the quotation before you commit.
Which machine should I pick if I am not sure?
Keep the 500W selected. It is our main commercial machine and the right answer for most businesses selling laser cleaning. The next step of the form checks your work against it and tells you plainly if the 300W, our control-led machine for joinery, heritage detail and lighter work, would suit you better. We confirm the recommendation before anything ships.
Can I buy on finance?
Business finance is available to UK businesses through an FCA-regulated credit broker, subject to status: a limited company can be funded on any machine in the range, a sole trader only where the amount borrowed exceeds £25,000. LaserStrip is not a lender. Choose "Business finance" in the form and the finance position comes with your quote, or check first on the finance page.
How long until it is working?
Typically two to eight weeks from enquiry to operational, depending on the model and configuration. The machine arrives with hands-on operational training, the safety pack and UK support. If you want the commercial side built alongside, the optional Business Launch package runs from the same start date.
